1- Install QuarkXpress in trial mode, choose your region choose your settings and complete installing.

2- If "show hidden files" not checked in File Explorer, enable it to see hidden files.

3- Copy the file ".config.resdata" and paste into the following folder:

    "C\ProgramData\Quark\QuarkXPress 201x\.config.resdata"

4- Block outgoing Quarkxpress connection in firewall rules.
